Payment options
Rev-counters
Most Cable driven* & Electronic Rev-counters repaired... i.e. Smiths / Jaeger / VDO etc
The fixed price quoted is for the repair & calibration of a Rev-counter ‘AS RECEIVED’
If you require the unit Re-calibrating & / or the Polarity changing due to a change of
Engine / wiring etc a surcharge may be payable depending on the movement... please ask
An upgrade service is available for early Rev-counter’s ( including cable driven units )
to run with either ‘Points’ or ‘Electronic Ignition’ a surcharge applies for all upgrades
Smiths RVC units can be re-calibrated to suit :
‘Wasted Spark’ ( DIS ) ignition systems e.g. No Distributor ( 25% surcharge )
( a connecting diagram is normally included with all repairs / upgrades etc )
*For ‘Chronometric Units’ please add 50% surcharge ( eg. With ‘off-set cable drive’ )
